Absolutely. We can comment on and recommend different cladding, roofing, fittings, windows, insulation and heating options that fit different budget scenarios.
What are the steps to getting a renovation underway?

1. Work out your budget based on what the bank will lend and what you are comfortable with. Build in a margin for cost overruns (in case you choose extras or the renovation uncovers unforeseen issues along the way). 2. Have an initial conversation with us to discuss your ideas and plans. We'll set you up with one of our architects or draughtsmen. 3. Create a brief for your renovation plan e.g. number of rooms, ensuite, butler's panty etc and include photos of what you like. We will prepare a detailed estimate based on the approved plan.
